FESICH is a cooperative in Chiapas with 83 members, 45% of them women, growing coffee in the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. Founded in 2017, it promotes organic coffee, quality, and best practices, offering technical support and training in cultivation, processing, and logistics.
