Guatemala - Organic

Our Guatemala roast comes from the Santo Domingo women’s cooperative, founded by Orfa Constanza and local women who sought to improve their lives through organic coffee production. Despite societal challenges and initial opposition from their husbands, these women have become landowners, expanded into honey and goat farming, and now offer community education.

Their journey reflects passion and innovation, with their dedication shining through in the coffee’s complex flavor notes.
